CHILD IS A PRICELESS GIFT..

What is the meaning of baby dumping?

Child is a priceless and preciously gift from Allah. However, baby dumping or child dumping virus has chronic cases in our daily life. According to Wikipedia the Free Encyclopedia, baby dumping or baby abandonment is the practice of relinquishing interests and claims over one's offspring with the intent of never again resuming or reasserting them. An abandoned child is called a foundling (as opposed to a runaway or an orphan). Baby dumping refers to parents (generally mothers) abandoning or discarding a child younger than 12 months in a public or private place with the intent of disposing it. As we all know, nowadays, baby dumping virus is one of the most and big social problems in Malaysia. So, what are the best main factors and its prevention in this chronic problem? The main factors and preventions about baby dumping issues in Malaysia are family break-up, peers influence and poverty. As alert students, we will present about this social problem to you for we think and take it as the moral value in our daily life.

One factor that leads to baby dumping virus is family break-up. Family break-up happen when husband and wife are no longer understand of each other. Sometimes they happen suddenly without any signal and it is hard to understand why there needs to be change at all. Their children are the person that most affected when both of their parents decided to divorce and cannot raise their child. The tendencies for they make decision to dump their children are really high. This child will become homeless without an important person to judge them. For example, lately, we found this case in facebook,https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=334489406695648&set=a.199822436829013.61546.199807163497207&type=1&theater , 6th October 2013, KUALA SELANGOR- Six children are dumped by their parents just because misunderstood in their marriage. We should not take it as a granted because child is a priceless gift from Allah in marriage. In conclusion, the factor that leads to baby dumping or child dumping virus in Malaysia is family break-up.
Next, the factor of baby dumping chronic virus is peers influence. As we all know, every person have friends, but we should choose the right person to be our friends. Baby dumping issue are mostly happen because of we choose the wrong person to be our friends. Sometimes we choose a person that opposite gender that is like to head to the night club. For example, when they are under the influence of drugs and alcohol, it will lead them to have unprotected sex that is without taking any prevention for pregnancy. This case are mostly happen and effect to female teenage because they have immature to understand the effects of free sex on their live. When they know that they was pregnant without marriage, for sure to hide their guilty after deliver their cute baby, they take the short way that they choose to dump their baby in public places such as toilet, surau or mosque. Sometimes, when people found the baby, the babies are already dead. They think that when they put their baby in public places they will save. That is wrong! Hey, what you will feel if your parents do to you same like you do to your baby? What do you feel if your hand is bite by a dog? Or your fingers are eaten by the ant? Maybe you think that your baby does not have any feeling but trust us, your baby is not wrong. Your action to have free sex is wrong, friends! Please to be careful when you choose your friends. In the nut of shell, the factor of baby dumping chronic virus is from peers influence.

Lastly, the factor of baby dumping is poverty. Poverty is the one of the most factors of baby dumping issues. Persons in cultures with poor who are not financially capable taking care their child are more likely dump him or her. These situations usually are happen in marriage couple or non-marriage couple. According the main topic, we focus on teenager that dumps their baby because of the poverty. Teenagers are the person who is around 12 to 21 years old and of course mostly they are students, and of course they do not have money to support the baby needs. So they take the easy way to solve their problems that they dump their baby. They feel the baby put the burden in their life. In facts, their action to dump their baby is not rational and will effects her from mentally and physically. For example, according one of the articles that we read from internet, Psychologists believe that even short-term dumping can damage a child’s emotional and social development. “Even short separation could have a negative effect on the child’s ability to form close relationships,” said Dr Michael Boulton, a child psychologist at the University of Keele. “Babies often form attachment with their mother before birth. They know their mother’s smell and turn to them when anxious or distressed. I f they suddenly find they have gone it can be very damaging.” In addition, Dr Boulton said that mothers who dump their children normally do so under desperate circumstances. “Having one’s first child is the most stressful experience someone can go through. Young mothers can be vulnerable, especially if they are alone and have poverty problem.”

Long-term solutions results from unwanted pregnancy should be taken by us. The preventions of this chronic social issue in Malaysia are launching sexual education in Malaysia and be responding to unwanted pregnancy. Mostly, baby dumping happen from unwanted pregnancy. Therefore, to prevent this virus it is necessary to launch sexual education in Malaysia to educate individual either teenage or adult about sexuality. Besides, we must respond to unwanted pregnancy. Individuals especially teenagers that experience unwanted pregnancies must received support from us. Maybe they do something wrong by their past but we should save the baby. Just imagine that if you are baby, and you waiting to see the new world and waiting to explore the world by your own eyes, ears, hands, legs and so on, but just because someone do not care to your mother who delivered you as a baby and she dump you like a rubbish, what you will feel? Mad?  Seriously, you know your own answer. In conclusion, to prevent this bad virus chronic issue in Malaysia, sexual education and responding to unwanted pregnancy must launch.

In conclusion, as educated persons we must think critically about this issue and try to solve it. Child is a priceless give from Allah for us either from marriage or non-marriage. We must grateful and try to be a ‘superman’ and ‘superwoman’ to our baby. Besides, if we do wrong in our life, we must do repentances to Allah. The main factor that leads this issue is family break-up, peers influences and poverty. Besides, the prevention that must we do in Malaysia are launching of sexual education and responding to unwanted pregnancy. Hopefully, this article will make us think and think critically about our world if this virus spread actively among Malaysian teenagers especially Muslims.
Let’s spread our love to the babies who is will take place this world for us! Insya-Allah.

CULTURE TABOOS.......ReALiTy OR FaNtAsy

Nowadays, people seem to be more optimistic in something that ridiculous. In addition, they just take it directly without knowing the true beside all the these belief. In fact, they always thinking that belief is a belief and lead them to dead-end. People should wisely think about it before making decision on accepting any of it. It that we emphasize right now is the CULTURE TABOO  which have been practically done from our late great grandparents. Maybe past years back then it just for warning or reminder purpose. But, now people are misunderstood and understand it as a disaster if someone broke it.

Please critically think about this mathematical equation(sort                         of.....hahahahha):

 TAB +BUBU ≠ TABOO...

Through wikipedia taboo is vehement prohibition of an action based on the belief that such behavior is either too sacred or too accursed for ordinary individuals to undertake, under threat of supernatural punishment.

Meanwhile, David Emery said "it is a moral or cautionary restriction placed upon certain actions by authorities of people, which if ignored will result in specific negative consequences".

So, what the difference?

Nothing. It just the same even in difference sentences. Well, we actually want to expose a little bit about taboo before we go further deeper. We just want all of us open our mind first in the way for gaining more knowledge about it. There are many culture taboos exist around us whether we realize or not. They came without any sign and track. But still, it really strong because it have travel from generation to another generation without any problem. Other than that, they have one specialist whereby there move through mind and not physical medium.

BABYBOIL
The most common culture taboo is " do not ever sit on a pillow, lest infected boils around the anus". It is true?. Let we share our story. Since we were a kid, we feel really strange as our parent said it to us.. Almost everyday we keep trying to reveal the truth. As many time we try, there are no boils infected at all. So, we feel like being on top of the world. We was very happy and sometime smiling alone by ourselves. For the God sake, now we realise that it was the stupid moment in our entire life. We keep questioning ourselves "Why can I think rational about it?".

Actually, along time ago we had experienced having boils at our anus. Because of that, all people thought that it is the effect sitting on the pillow. But, we just ignored it. The boils is so big and it bust up as sit in the car. WOW....it seems like a bloody flood happening in the car. Many colour take place in that flood, yellow, red, and slightly green....hahahhaahhaha....very disgusting. For your knowledge, pillow is use to lay head and it bad for us to sit on it as it can result to smelly anus. Therefore, our ancestors are very clever. They prefer intimidating so we do not make mistake.

Next,

Everybody are familiar with this taboo "girls who are not married can not sing in the kitchen, as feared would be delayed marriage". Ok........it very scary and terrible. As a precaution, many girls afraid to sing in the kitchen. They decide to sing in the toilet, they bark with emotions and think like themselves is a hot and well-known singer. To us, it take a long time to figure out the answer. When we had grown, we think that there is a likelihood they will splashed saliva into the dish or food in the pot. Maybe true or not?...wakakkaka....

Please do not be like this!!!!
Of course, one more taboo is sound like this "do not open an umbrella in the house, lest the snake will enter the house". Do umbrella has relation with snake?. Erm...thus umbrella is one amulet to called upon the snake?. Try think about that for a while. People always make fun and make nonsense thought when something touch about snake. Besides that, they relate snake with future mate. Some relate it with world unseen. So, are you same like them?

In our account, this taboo actually underline the danger of umbrella in house. All know that umbrella is a thing that suitable use outside. Furthermore, umbrella has sharp corners which can lead to eye puncture. Maybe, somebody will blind. Therefore, our ancestors have notice the problem and create this taboo for the sake of the next generation.

"Do not point finger toward the rainbow, your finger will be crippled". Rainbow are being blame for that, poor rainbow. If the rainbow have feeling, it maybe say like this " what is my fault, I do not do anything :( ". The real thing is rainbow appears indicating drizzle. Soon, the rain will fall and we can get fever. Unfortunately, we have a wonderful story to tell relate to this awesome taboo. It from one of our friend story.

Let heard it out.

Poor.......rainbow
"One day, my brother and I walked around the house compound. It was hot and felt like we were going to faint. After a while, we noticed a dark cloud appeared not far from our house and for some reason rainbow also there. I ask my brother "what was that?". He replied " it just rainbow, stupid". Then, I get very angry. He also said me never ever point finger to the rainbow exactly like the taboo. Still, I keep point my finger to it. My brother slapped my hand and scold me. I felt weird. He brought me home and told everything to my mother. Luckily, my mother advised my brother not to get harsh to me. I laughed loudly...hahhaahha. Without hesitation, she told me all thing behind the taboo. Unfortunately, I saw rain falling down outside the house. Therefore, I knew the exact reason my brother get mad at me.. But, he actually worried if my finger will get cripple. It alright . I knew he loves me very much".
Dusk

Aside from that, everyone for sure have heard taboo which might like this " do not go out at dusk". Some people have different opinion regarding to this matter. There are people think it about evil spirit hovering on that time. Other than that, people maybe expect it is not a perfect time to go out and playing. So, different people different idea. We can not blame them. It actually is an idea, nothing is wrong. Now, it time for us to share our opinion. Probably, many people do not know that at dusk, the sky colour is burnt orange. Even it is a colour, it do not means it not have bad effect toward ourselves. Indeed, orange is a symbol of vitality, but it also emits a negative vibration indicating pride, tension and aggressive self-assertion. Effect on psychology is more dangerous than instance effect. In addition, it will hard to remove and heal. A rude and bad people will be born because of this simple matter. Furthermore, orange can damage people eye because it colour tone is so bright and hard. So, we are really proud of our ancestors creating this wonderful taboo.

With the above taboo that we explain maybe can open everybody thought and mind. We think we have done the best to share this topic. Therefore, last from us. Taboo is actually reality and not fantasy. Thank you.

A Little Bit About Me

   MUHAMAD NIZAMUDIN BIN MUSTAFA

On the 8th January 1994, a cute and healthy boy had brought an inexplicable delight to the family of Mr Mustafa and Ms Noraini after waiting for almost three year to have another child. I got to know the world at the Hospital Besar, Ipoh on the month of early new years and I am the fourth son out of 11 siblings. I lived in Ipoh until I was two years old and settled down in Taiping after my father got transfer to Taiping till now. My father works at the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri and he was the assistant director at LHDN. Then on 7th October 2007 my father retire from LHDN at the age of 56. My mother doesn’t work and she is a fulltime housewife. Growing up in a large family of eleven and being a ninth child taught me a lot in becoming a responsible, caring and patient person.

I received early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan King Edward 2 and finally managed to graduate Sekolah Kebangsaan Long Jaafar with straight A in UPSR. Life as an MRSM student have educated me to become independent, well-disciplined and organized. Piled with many school programs as well as the pressure to maintain good results and co-curricular performances, this school inculcated me to be a diligent, strong-hearted and well balanced future leader holistically. With the entire busy schedule, I still managed to adjust my study and co-curricular activity with the support from my beloved batch mates. It was proven when I managed to accomplish 7A and 1B in my PMR and 6A 3B in SPM.

As for co-curricular activities, I love to play rugby. Every day I will go to the rugby training to train myself until I became good enough to represent my MRSM in rugby tournament. They is a lot tear and sweat during my training but I never give up until I reach my goal. All of my hard work had pay off when I was selected as the starting lineup for my MRSM rugby team in MRSM Se-Malaysia rugby invitation. The coach had put a lot of trust on me when he gave me the position fullback in the team which is the most important position in rugby. Besides that, I also actively involved in the scouts and I was able to participate in the MRSM Se-Malaysia Scout Jambori. Furthermore, I also play some chess and hoki in the district level for my MRSM.

My leadership skills were showed when I was appointed as school prefect from 2008 till 2011.  I was the head of the executive council hostel of the Student Disciplinary Board in 2011. The work head of the executive council hostel is very hard because the student representative body I have problem so the Student Disciplinary Board have to handle the entire student affair especially in hostel. I gave all my best to coup with this problem and luckily everything went very smoothly.  In addition, MRSM is an institution that transformed me into a confident and outspoken person but also respect towards others no matter as a leader or a follower.

Involving in engineering field was not actually my early ambition. As a naïve kid, the desire to be a doctor was definitely there. But as I grew up, I realized that I love to join in outdoor activities and associating in engineering field would be a great choice. I want to specialize my engineering course in Chemical Engineering of process in oil and gas. In order to realize my dream I apply the UniKL foundation in technology at College MARA Kuala Nerang. Alhamdulillah I was accepted at KMKN and I was able to graduate at KMKN with an average pointer of 3.81. After the foundation I was able to enter UniKL MICET at Malacca as a bachelor of chemical engineering in process hons oil and gas. I will studies hard so that I will able to get the dean list for every semester so that I will be eligible for the exchange students program and continues my studies in master and Phd at overseas.

While many of my friends who want to be in engineering field choose to further in aircraft engineering, I know that the course that I choose is still new for Malaysia. However, I believed this course has great potential to grow in our country in the next few years. Furthermore, this position is in great demand in many countries in the world. I was amazed by what the chemical engineer can do and the chemical engineering is very extensive field because you can many companies such as automotive, aircraft and many more. I will work very so that I can work gigantic company whether in Malaysia or overseas.

This Is Me - Afieq Syauqie

This is real, this is me, I'm exactly where Im supposed to be now from"This Is Me" by Demi Lovato..“Winners never quit, quiters never win”. I always hold to that quote in every single thing that I do. I work so hard in aiming or achieving something.Well, that is me, Afieq Syauqie Mohd Zamri. 09 April 1994 was the lucky day for my family because I was born on that day. I was born at Hospital Besar Limbang, Serawak.

Born as the first child of 4 siblings in my family, I have always been taught to be a responsible brother, kind-hearted, an optimistic, honest and determined person. My family is not classified as rich but we always happy with our life and lived simply. My father work as a teacher and same goes to my mother. They worked as teachers for 20 years. I always told to myself that I wanted to change our life to a better life.

I finished my primary school years with 4A and 1B in my UPSR. My parents were not satisfied with my result because they hope that I could get full A’s in my examination. From that moment, I only got offer to continue my study in SMK Sultan Alauddin Riayat Shah 1,Pagoh. Eventhough the school is a famous and brilliant boarding school, but I actually hope that I could continue my study in any SEKOLAH BERASRAMA PENUH (SBP) or Maktab Rendah Sains Mara (MRSM). However, I knew that it was impossible thing because I only got 4A’s in my examination. So, I enrolled myself as usual at the school. I determined to prove to my parents that I could become an excellent student one day. “Failed once does not mean failure forever”. I believe on this quote. Finally, I got flying colours for my PMR result on 2009. I got 7A’s and 2B’s and my parents were so happy and proud of me. Praise to God. I have learnt the importance of trustworthy in friendship, family, God, self and how do all the values related each others.

“An intelligent mind always in a healthy body”. My mother always said this to me. Actually, I am not an active student when I was in my primary school. I only involve myself in sports when I was in primary six. I play badminton, football and cricket after my parents ask me to do so. I only active in caligrafi (tulisan khat) and story telling started in years 2. When I was in Form 1, I realize that I could not involve in story telling only but I have to be an active student in sports also. Start from that moment, I always followed my friends and play football every evening. When my teacher asked me to go for the selection, I play my best and finally I was selected to join my school team. From that moment, I used this advantage to perform my best skill to go further in this sport. Praise to God because I got the chance to represent the district to state level in netball tournament. I showed my best in every tournament I’ve joined.

Besides that, I also joined any camp for Scout Unit. I was selected again to represent my distric to state level for this camp. My luck came on me when I won the first prize for marching contest. This camp had taught me that cooperation was very essential in order for us to get our goals in anything we dream

about.

Finally, I managed to fulfill my dreams to continue my study in Mara Junior Science College (MRSM). I went to Mara Junior Science College Kuala Berang,Terengganu when I was in Form 4. I believe on myself that I could achieve my goals if I struggle and do my best. I perfomed as student management in my school. This position made me more motivated to change myself to a better student. By this position, I have to be a good motivator and also a good listener. I put this position as a challenge to me and also as a motivator to change myself better. In line with our moto “Help themselves to help others”. I am also a person who like to try a new thing. I love caligrafy  but unfortunately I have to drop my involvement as a caligrafy members because there was no club in my school. So, when my teachers asked students for caligrafy, I determined to take part in this team. I had to compete with other students to remain in this team. So, I won for a first prize in a competition.

When I was in Form 5, my mother forbade me from involved in any competition because I have to sit for my SPM that year. So, I only focus on my study and try to improve my weaknesses in every subject.I struggled to achieve my goals. Eventhough I was in Arabic class, but I could prove to my teachers that I also can achieve 11A in my SPM. Praise to God because gave me the brilliant and happiness result to me.

My senior remind me to apply for MARA scholarship. From the encouragement by my family and also my teachers, I applied for MARA scholarship. Whenever people asked me for my further study, I just said that I love to continue my engineering subject and also chemical. Then I went to Kolej MARA Kuala Nerang (FIST) to  applied chemical engineering course which is related to oil and gas subject. I always asked my cousin who also study in this course to explain me about chemical engineering course. Besides that, I do some research about this course to make me more understand before I continue in university. If I am selected for the scholarship by MARA, I determined to study hard and prove that I can succeed in this course.

To further my view of future, I plan to continue my study in University of Adeilade in Australia. The primary reason for why I choose this university was that because of its excellent academic performance. It will be nice if I can fulfill my dream to study there
